Hailing from the family of automobile dealer, understanding the challenges of a dealership, Kuttukaran
Institute for HRD a group member of Kuttukaran signed an MOU with XLRI – Xavier school of management,
Jamshedpur for imparting executive programme in automobile dealership Management through Virtual
Interactive Learning (VIL).
Objectives of the Program :
• Functional Knowledge: To give awareness about factors effecting the growth of the Industry, in
turn affecting various aspects of Dealership fraternity.
• Skill development: To equip the participants with required tools and techniques to operate and
Manage Dealership with High professionalism.
• Leadership: To facilitate participants to emerge as leaders so as to operate dealership with
high productivity.
Eligibility and selection criteria: Incumbents of this course should be a graduate with a minimum of two years work experience. They can either be working for or looking for a career in a dealership. Dealers running their business can also be prospective participants.
Classes and Technology: The total programme consists of 14 courses plus Internship. Ten courses are offered through direct to home (DTH) technology and four courses will be delivered at XLRI campus in face to face mode. In addition 10 days of internship at popular vehicle and services to make the incumbents get hands on experience.
Programme fees: INR 2.25 lacs plus service tax payable in 4 easy installments
