B.Voc in Automobile Servicing Technology is a three year vocational degree program provided by Tata Institute of Social Science which enables the student to learn about the industrial expectation and need of automobile industry. This course enhances the employment opportunities by focusing on practical training rather than theoretical discourses. The program is divided into 6 semesters. On the successful completion of 1st, 2nd and 3rdyear, the students will be awarded Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Degree Certificates respectively. The curriculum in each years of the programme is a combination of generaleducation and skill development components. Vocational Practical will be provided for a period of 45 days in each semester
It is a job-oriented course which mainly aims to impart the relevant industrial skills among the students, thus providing skilled automotive professionals in each year.
After pursuing the B Vocdegree, the candidate will gain ample knowledge in Automotive servicing, like how an engine works, parts of an engine, repair, diagnosis and repair works, and knowledge on advanced automotive systems .etc. This course will definitely enable the candidate to secure job at different automobile sectors.
